As a well established, privately owned business, we take great pride in what we do, and work tirelessly to provide the best service to every family we look after. Our vast local knowledge, coupled with many years experience in the funeral directing profession mean that we are able to offer a very personal level of service that is specific to your own requirements.
Our Premises
Fairfield House has been a Hill family home for many years. It was bought by Richard’s grandfather in the early 1950’s, who used the premises to live in, but also to house offices and a joinery workshop to facilitate his building company. It started its change into a funeral home in the early seventies when Edwin & Ros, with a very young Richard, moved in.
It had humble beginnings like everything else, still sharing the premises with the building company to start with. Now solely a funeral directors, the premises have undergone a transformation over the years, turning it into an immaculate, private funeral home with modern facilities.
Many families have said, they feel happier when their loved ones are in our care, being in Pershore close to them and knowing that they are being looked after in a homely environment.

All the staff here at E Hill and Son make us who we are. We are as individual as you are, we value our staff and we are like a family. We believe that this is key in making your time a little easier, taking away much of the worry at an emotional tme.
Richard, Jo and Henry conduct the majority of funeral services and they will always arrive with a full compliment of professional staff. It’s these small details that our clients tell us are important – our friendly approach, dedication to what we do and genuine care for the families we look after means that our client’s expectations are often exceeded.
